The Dallas ACE Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your personally identifiable information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Categories of personally identifiable information collected by this DallasACEAcademy.org or Dallas ACE Camp include: Names, ages, country of origin, date of birth, citizenship status etc. The personally identifiable information requested by us is required to obtain access to some of the places where we hold educational experiences. Fields marked with an “*” are required Incomplete forms will negate the students participation in camp because we cannot accommodate students for partial participation in these activities.
In order to keep you informed of such activities as campus programs, symposia and/or special events, we may use personal information collected from [campus or unit] Web site for the purpose of future communication back to online enrollees. Such email notification will be conducted in conformance with Dallas ACE Academy and campus policies implementing anti-spam laws (http://www.ucop.edu/irc/policy/antispam.pdf).
